Hey Space Cadets, I hope life finds you well! I am doing good, preparing for my wife’s surgery next month and trying to write every day. The good news, the surgeon thinks she will recover quickly and be back to where she was before the car accident last year! Then it’s back to the races. I still have my Order of the Centurion book in the Galaxy’s Edge Universe tentatively scheduled for late fall and I submitted a short story in the next Four Horsemen Universe anthology in September. I should find out if it was accepted soon, and I’ll let you know! I’ll have additional writing announcements soon, as a certain project is nearing a date with an editing guru!Continue reading
Hey Space Cadets, I’m doing well and working on future projects of my own! I’ll share more information as we get deeper into the process, but for now, let’s talk about some epic science fiction novels! Without further ado, here is the next installment in my series of book reviews. This time, we dive back into the worlds at the Galaxy’s Edge! That’s right, their second audiobook is out!Continue reading
Hey Space Cadets, here is the next installment in my series of book reviews. I’ve been in a reading slump, but as you can see from my last two posts I have come out of it with a bang. Though lately, life has been chaotic, I have enjoyed the reading I have fit into my schedule and wanted to share what I just read! I’ve finished writing my second novel for the year and sent it off to the editor, so I’m pretty happy. I’m hoping both of these will come out later this year. But enough about me, onto this specific review. Now let’s get to it!
Hey Space Cadets, I have a happy announcement for you!! The Four Horsemen anthology I was in last year was released as an audiobook recently. If you love the audiobook format, check out the recently released “For a Few Credits More” audiobook narrated by Keith Michaelson!Continue reading
Hey Space Cadets, I’m doing well and working on the world building for my own universe! I’ve hired an artist for cover art, and started designing all the things that flesh out a literary world. I’ll have more information as we get deeper into the process but for now lets talk about some epic science fiction novels! Without further ado, here is the next installment in my series of book reviews. This time, we dive back into the worlds at the Galaxy’s Edge!Continue reading
Hey Space Cadets, here is the next installment in my series of book reviews. As I’ve mentioned earlier, I’m a member of the TRMN. It’s a fan club for the Honor Harrington Universe by David Weber, and they do contests for their members all the time. The last reading contest recently ended, and it was so fun that there is another one. Like before, we get points for page reads. I’m thrilled that it prompted me to continue reading, as I’ve let writing get in the way of reading! In addition to reading more in the last few months, this month I’ve been working on the editorial revisions for my next book.
Hey Space Cadets, here is the next installment in my book review series. This one is a little different, as it’s a review of a short story that in the Galaxy’s Edge Universe I love. Reading this was my reward to myself for finishing the Super-Duper-Secret novel I was writing this month. Soon I’ll post the top books on my TBR list, in case you want to read along and be able to comment on my review of those books! I’ve also finished Starship Troopers, and I’ll be posting that soon as well! I’ll plan on being more active on my blog in the new year with some exciting news, so stay tuned.Continue reading
