Hey Space Cadets, how’re you all doing? I hope you’ve sufficiently recovered from your cabin fever and winter doldrums? Summer seems to finally be in the air, and in the south of the US of A that means asphyxiation by pollen! I managed to survive the dreaded yellow death and lived to tell about it. I’ve got my new glasses and can finally read again, though I fought off the doctor’s recommendation of bifocals. Now the intemperate weather has again made sane people hide from the seasons I’m back to the writing.
Hey Space Cadets, how are you doing? I’m doing well; reading, writing, and doing the dreaded adulting. I’m busy working on the final editing for my super-secret project, so I’m keeping this post short and sweet! I’ve listed several individual books that are next on my list, and the series which I’ll be slogging my way through. Thought it might be fun to share, and invite everyone to read and review these books with me! Join the conversation on all things in the Sci-F Nerdom!
Hey Space Cadets, how’re you all doing? I hope you’ve sufficiently recovered from your turkey comma, and are back at it? Survived the dreaded Black Friday, without loss of life or limb? I ate the turkey, avoided the shopping, and visited with my in-laws. Now that the holidays are over, I’m back to the writing. I should have an announcement on the release of my fourth and final novel in The Sleeping Legion Series soon. I’m working on that new, super-duper secret project and having a blast. The instant I can share more, I will! I’ve got a short story in The The Expanding Universe 3 Anthology that’s coming out on the 15th of December. If you want tons of fun, for the low price of 99c, then pre-order it! It’s a collection of some pretty amazing stories.
Hey Space Cadets, how’re you guys doing? Things are good here, I’m writing and spending time with the family. I want to share some good books with you today! They’re all on sale, so get ‘em while they’re hot! The books I’m recommending are ones I’ve read and loved OR ones I bought and want to read! Also, don’t forget – if you haven’t read them – my Sleeping Legion books are on Amazon. If you DO read any of these books, please be kind and leave a review.
Hey Space Cadets, here is the next installment in my series of book reviews. As I’ve mentioned earlier, I’m a member of the TRMN. It’s a fan club for the Honor Harrington Universe by David Weber, and they do contests for their members all the time. There is a reading contest going on recently, and we get points for page reads. I’m thrilled that it prompted me to read more, as I’ve let writing get in the way of reading! In addition to reading more this month, I’m working on the editorial revisions for book four of The Sleeping Legion Series. Finally, if you haven’t read it, Operation Breakout is live!
Hey Space Cadets, I just want to bring you some news about a book sale! I figured I’ll do these posts whenever a book I reviewed or loved is on sale. Spreading the word about good books is just the kind of community I hope to build on this blog, so I’ll shout the good ones from the roof tops! This time, I wanted to let you know that a book I recently reviewed, Powered by Scott Bartlett, is on sale. It has dropped from USD 2.99 to USD 0.99, quite the bargain! Scott’s special sale is to celebrate the launch of the third book in this series, Meltdown, so I figured it was worth mentioning!! Speaking of the new books, the third book in the series is ALSO on sale for $0.99 for a short while so check out the series!
Hey Space Cadets, how’re ya doing on this fine August day? I just wanted to give you a quick update on where we are with book four. Right now Boss Man and I are still batting around ideas for a title for the book, since Maternal Vengeance wasn’t the best fit. I can promise you that as soon as we know, you will! We do know that the cover won’t change since we want a continuous look across all of them. I think that the editing and rewriting for this book will take longer than the others, but it’ll be a good learning experience for me. I have to worry about tying up all the plot threads that I strung along, and linking the series back into the final
